Who we are

What information we collect

When you use our contact form, you give us your:

• Phone number (if you choose to give it)
• The area you live in
• Details about your pets, the service you need and when
• Your message

When you send the form, we email you once to confirm we have your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.

When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect basic technical information like your IP address and browser type in server logs. This is standard for all websites and is used to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Arrange pet care services
• Keep the website working and secure

Our legal basis for using your information is legitimate interest (to respond to your enquiry and provide our services) and, where you become a client, performance of a contract.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. The only third parties involved are:

• Vercel — hosts this website
• Resend — delivers your enquiry to us by email, and sends you a confirmation email
• Google Maps — we show a map of our service area on the website. Google may set its own cookies when you view this map. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies or use analytics or advertising tracking. However, the Google Maps embed on our service area section may set cookies. These are controlled by Google, not by us.

How long we keep your information

If you send us an enquiry, we keep your details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable time afterwards. If you become a client, we keep your details for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 2 years after, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
